GMR Airports Limited has informed the stock exchanges that six Senior Management Personnel — Mr. Bhaskar Chandran, Mr. Amitabh Hajela, Mr. Saurabh Chawla, Mr. Ashish Jain, Mr. Kamal Saksena, and Mr. Rahul Shandilya — are being reassigned to new roles within the GMR Group through an inter-group transfer, effective June 1, 2025.
