GMR Airports served approximately 10 million passengers in April 2026 across all portfolio airports, a decline of 0.5 million or 5.0% YoY. Domestic traffic was 7.6 million (down 3.7%) and international traffic was 2.3 million (down 8.9%). Despite the April dip, FY2026 full-year traffic reached a record 121.6 million passengers (up 0.9% YoY), with domestic at 92 million and international at 30 million - both highest ever. Delhi Airport handled 6.65 million in April (down 0.3%) while Hyderabad dropped 15.1% to 2.25 million. Goa/Mopa showed resilience with 5.3% growth to 0.39 million. The company attributes traffic headwinds to geopolitical instability in the Middle East since late February 2026 and runway upgradation work at Delhi.
The 5% monthly traffic decline reflects temporary operational headwinds from geopolitical disruptions and runway work, but the full-year record performance indicates underlying business resilience. Near-term, passenger volume trends will be key for airport revenue projections.
