AGM results: 7 of 8 resolutions passed, one director re-appointment rejected

Home First Finance held its 17th AGM on June 24, 2026 via video conferencing. Of 8 resolutions, 7 were passed including final dividend of Rs 5.20 per share for FY2026, adoption of accounts, appointment of Batliboi and Purohit as joint statutory auditors, re-appointment of Ms. Geeta Dutta Goel as Independent Director, and increase in borrowing powers. Resolution 6, re-appointment of Mr. Anuj Srivastava as Non-Executive Independent Director, was rejected with 72.34 percent in favour and 27.66 percent against. Institutional shareholders voted heavily against, with 32.69 percent opposing.
