Home First Finance held its 17th AGM on June 24, 2026. 7 of 8 resolutions passed with shareholders. Key approvals: audited FY26 results, final dividend of Rs 5.20 per share, appointment of Batliboi and Purohit as joint statutory auditor, re-appointment of Geeta Dutta Goel as independent director, and increase in borrowing powers. Resolution 6 to re-appoint Anuj Srivastava as independent director failed with 72.34 percent in favour, short of the 75 percent needed for special resolutions. Institutional investors voted 67.31 percent in favour but 32.69 percent against.
