Transcript of the earnings call held on July 28, 2025 for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Key highlights: AUM grew 28.6% YoY to Rs. 13,479 crore; Q1 disbursements stood at Rs. 1,243 crore (second highest ever). Company raised Rs. 1,250 crore via its first QIP and received a long-term credit rating upgrade to AA (Stable) from ICRA, India Ratings and CARE. Asset quality showed a seasonal uptick with 1+ DPD at 5.4% and Gross Stage 3 at 1.8%, primarily concentrated in Surat and Coimbatore-Tirupur, with July trends turning positive. PAT rose 35.5% YoY to Rs. 119 crore, NIM improved to 5.2% from 5.1% QoQ, and cost-to-income dropped 150 bps QoQ to 34.2%. FY26 disbursement guidance maintained at Rs. 5,600-5,800 crore and credit cost guidance at 30-40 bps.
The QIP raise and rating upgrade significantly strengthen the capital base (CAR at 49.6%) and lower borrowing costs going forward, supporting the company's growth plans. Management reaffirmed confidence in meeting FY26 disbursement guidance despite a slower April, with July trends already improving. The seasonal asset quality slippage appears largely under control, which should reassure investors about the credit outlook.
