Home First Finance Company India Ltd reported strong Q4FY26 and FY26 results. AUM grew to ₹1,58,777 Mn (₹15,878 crore), up 24.9% YoY and 6.4% QoQ. Q4 PAT jumped 42.7% YoY to ₹1,494 Mn, while FY26 PAT reached ₹5,404 Mn, rising 41.4% YoY. Return on Assets stood at 4.1% and Return on Equity at 15.7% (pre-money ROE of 16.8%). Disbursements hit an all-time high of ₹1,572 crore in Q4, growing 23.5% YoY. Asset quality improved materially with GNPA at 1.8% (down 20bps QoQ) and DPD 30+ at 3.2% (down 50bps QoQ). The company added 16 branches and 221 employees during FY26, expanding to 171 branches and 1,855 headcount. Credit cost remained steady at 40bps with guidance of 30-40bps maintained.
The company delivered robust profitability growth with strong asset quality improvement and disciplined cost management. Management has guided for ~25% YoY AUM growth in FY27, supported by branch expansion and diversified funding sources, signaling continued momentum in the affordable housing finance segment.
