ICICI Prudential Life Insurance has allotted 63,019 equity shares of ₹10 face value each on May 26, 2026. The allotment was made under two employee stock schemes: 24,160 shares under the 2005 Employees Stock Option Scheme and 38,859 shares under the 2023 Employees Stock Unit Scheme. The allotment was approved by the Managing Director & CEO using authority delegated by the Board in January 2019. The new shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares.
