Ind Bank Housing has informed the stock exchange that its Board of Directors will meet on Saturday, 4 July 2026 at Indian Bank Corporate Office in Chennai to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, which is the first quarter of financial year 2026-27. The company has also confirmed that the trading window for dealing in its securities is closed from 1 July 2026 and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are announced to the stock exchange, in line with insider trading rules.
