Ind Bank Housing Ltd has submitted its 34th Annual Report for FY 2024-25 as required under SEBI Listing Regulations. The company reported a net loss of Rs. 30.71 lakhs, an improvement from the Rs. 69.05 lakhs loss in FY 2023-24, but still in the red. Gross income stood at Rs. 27.65 lakhs against total expenses of Rs. 58.36 lakhs. Accumulated losses have ballooned to Rs. 13,670.59 lakhs as of March 31, 2025. No dividend was declared. The company made no recovery from housing or project loans during the year, recovering only Rs. 0.78 lakhs from an ICD account. The board underwent changes with Shri Shiv Bajrang Singh and Ms. V. Rajalakshmi joining as directors, while Shri T.R. Chandrasekaran retired. The 34th AGM is scheduled for September 10, 2025 via video conferencing. The RBI had earlier cancelled the company's Certificate of Registration as a housing finance entity.
Negative for shareholders — the company continues to post losses with massive accumulated losses of over Rs. 136 crore, no dividend, and the RBI cancellation of its housing finance registration limits its core business prospects. The narrowing of losses is a small positive but the overall financial health remains weak.
