India Shelter Finance Corporation has allotted 69,162 equity shares (face value Rs. 5 each) to employees who exercised vested stock options on August 29, 2025. This includes 7,432 shares under ESOP 2021 and 61,730 shares under ESOP 2023. As a result, the paid-up equity capital has risen from Rs. 540,784,685 (108,156,937 shares) to Rs. 541,130,495 (108,226,099 shares).
