India Shelter Finance Corporation informed exchanges that WestBridge Crossover Fund and Aravali Investment Holdings (together the 'WB Promoters') have withdrawn their request to reclassify two entities — Biz2Credit Inc. and Shoreline Labs Inc. — from the 'Promoter Group' category to the 'Public' category. These two entities were part of a broader reclassification request originally filed on January 30, 2026, and the company had submitted the reclassification application to BSE and NSE on February 10, 2026. With this withdrawal, Biz2Credit Inc. and Shoreline Labs Inc. will continue to be classified under the Promoter Group. The reclassification requests for the remaining promoter group entities will still be processed as per the original application.
Minor administrative update; the promoter group composition remains largely unchanged for now.
