India Shelter Finance Corporation has informed stock exchanges that its Asset Liability Management Committee will meet on November 21, 2025, to consider raising ₹200 crore through Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis. The issue size comprises a base issue of ₹150 crore and a Green Shoe Option of ₹50 crore. The funds will be denominated in Indian Rupees. This is a routine advance intimation under SEBI Listing Regulations, and actual terms including coupon rate are yet to be decided.
NCDs are regular borrowing instruments for an NBFC like India Shelter, so this is a routine fund-raising exercise. The actual borrowing cost (coupon) and deployment purpose will determine the impact on shareholders; existing bondholders may see supply increase modestly.
