Indian Overseas Bank has announced that its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, 2nd July 2025 at 11:00 a.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), with Chennai as the deemed venue. The Register of Shareholders and Share Transfer Register will remain closed from 26th June 2025 to 2nd July 2025 (both days inclusive) in connection with the AGM.
