Indo Tech Transformers has announced that its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, August 11, 2025, at 10:30 AM IST through video conferencing. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from August 4, 2025 to August 10, 2025 (both days inclusive) for AGM purposes. August 4, 2025 has also been fixed as the cut-off date to determine shareholders eligible to vote electronically.
