Indo Tech Transformers (a subsidiary of Shirdi Sai Electricals) reported strong FY25 results with revenue from operations rising about 21.6% to Rs. 61,178 lakhs (from Rs. 50,321 lakhs in FY24). Profit after tax jumped around 36% to Rs. 6,388 lakhs, while EPS climbed to Rs. 60.15 from Rs. 44.12. Q4 standalone revenue grew to Rs. 20,606 lakhs versus Rs. 17,471 lakhs a year earlier. Statutory auditor ASA & Associates LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results, and operating cash flow improved to Rs. 5,575 lakhs from Rs. 3,177 lakhs. The board also approved the appointment of M. Purushothaman as Whole-Time Director, a new Company Secretary, a new COO, and the re-appointment of statutory and secretarial auditors for a five-year term.
Solid double-digit revenue and earnings growth, expanding profitability, and a clean audit opinion are positive signals for shareholders. The new leadership appointments and auditor continuity suggest stable governance, which may support investor confidence in the stock.
