Intimation under Regulation 30 Read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations")

SEBI has cancelled the certificate of registration of IndoStar Recurring Return Credit Fund, a Category II Alternative Investment Fund, effective May 22, 2026. The cancellation was due to non-filing of quarterly activity reports for four quarters. IndoStar Capital Finance Limited was the Sponsor while its wholly-owned subsidiary IndoStar Asset Advisory Private Limited acted as the Investment Manager. The company clarified that the AIF remained inoperative since inception and there is no monetary or non-monetary impact on the company. No penalty was imposed.
