IndoStar Capital Finance has allotted 42,500 equity shares (30,000 under ESOP Plan 2016 and 12,500 under ESOP Plan 2018) to employees/executives who exercised their stock options. The shares have a face value of INR 10 each. Following this allotment, the company's paid-up equity share capital increased from INR 161.54 crore to INR 161.58 crore, with total shares increasing from 16.15 crore to 16.16 crore. The allotment was approved by the Managing Director and Executive Vice Chairman, Mr. Randhir Singh, under authority granted by the Board.
