The Board of Inter State Oil Carrier Ltd, at its meeting on 11 August 2025, approved the unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025). Revenue from operations rose to ₹2,590.79 lakhs, up from ₹2,156.29 lakhs in the same quarter last year — roughly 20% YoY growth. Profit after tax came in at ₹19.50 lakhs (vs ₹13.83 lakhs YoY), and EPS stood at ₹0.39 (vs ₹0.28 YoY). The auditor (Patni & Co.) issued an unqualified limited review report. The Board also approved the draft notice for the 41st AGM scheduled for 18 September 2025 via video conferencing, the Directors' Report for FY25, the appointment of a scrutinizer for the AGM, and a revision in the remuneration of Whole-Time Director Mr. Siddhant Jain, subject to shareholder approval.
The strong YoY jump in revenue (~20%) and profit (~41%) suggests improving operational performance, which is mildly positive for shareholders. The director pay revision will need shareholder nod at the upcoming AGM; otherwise, this is a routine quarterly results announcement with no major strategic surprises.
