Jana Small Finance Bank has allotted 25,032 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each to employees who exercised their stock options under the ESOP 2017 and ESOP 2018 schemes. The exercise price was Rs. 302.98 per share, with a premium of Rs. 292.98. Of the total, 12,527 shares were issued under ESOP 2017 and 12,505 under ESOP 2018. With this allotment, the bank's total paid-up equity shares have increased from 10,51,76,704 to 10,52,01,736 shares. The new shares will rank equally with existing equity shares and the bank will seek listing and trading approvals from BSE and NSE.
