Jana Small Finance Bank has allotted 16,489 equity shares to employees who exercised options under two ESOP schemes. The allotment comprises 1,128 shares from ESOP 2017 and 15,361 shares from ESOP 2018. Shares were issued at Rs. 302.98 per share (Rs. 10 par value plus Rs. 292.98 premium). Following this allotment, the bank's paid-up share capital increased from 10,53,24,557 shares to 10,53,41,046 shares. The new shares rank pari-passu with existing equity shares and carry no lock-in restrictions.
