Jio Financial Services reported strong FY26 results with Consolidated Total Income of Rs 3,274 crore, up 78% YoY. Core Net Income from Business Operations surged 272% to Rs 1,390 crore, now contributing 54% of total income versus 20% in FY25. Jio Credit's AUM crossed Rs 25,700 crore (2.4x growth), Jio Payment Solutions processed Rs 52,200 crore in TPV (2.5x growth), and JioBlackRock AMC reached Rs 15,200 crore AUM within 9 months of launch. The company launched a new AI-powered JioFinance app featuring a Neural Agentic Marketplace. PPOP remained flat at Rs 1,357 crore due to Jio Payments Bank consolidation (previously JV), investments in growth-stage ventures, and treasury yield volatility in late March 2026. Consolidated PAT was Rs 1,561 crore versus Rs 1,613 crore in FY25. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs 0.60 per share.
Jio Financial Services demonstrates rapid scaling across all business verticals with strong topline growth, though near-term profitability is pressured by consolidation effects and geopolitical market volatility. The CFO transition to Reliance Industries' Chairman's Office adds a key personnel change as the company scales.
