JK Tyre has shared its Q4FY2025 investor presentation with the exchanges. Q4FY25 consolidated revenue grew 2% YoY and QoQ to Rs 3,780 Cr, while EBITDA rose 15% QoQ to Rs 384 Cr (margin 10.2%, up 110 bps QoQ). However, on a YoY basis EBITDA was down 23% with margins contracting 321 bps. PAT stood at Rs 102 Cr, up 79% QoQ but down 41% YoY. For full year FY25, total income was Rs 14,772 Cr (down 2% YoY) with EBITDA of Rs 1,678 Cr and PAT of Rs 516 Cr, both significantly lower than FY24. The presentation also highlights 11 manufacturing facilities, new EV tyre range launches, and a USD 100 Mn sustainability-linked loan from IFC.
The YoY decline in full-year profits and margins indicates continued pressure on profitability, though sequential improvement in Q4 suggests some recovery. Investors may view this as a mixed quarter — better than Q3 but well below the previous year's performance.
