India Ratings & Research, the Monitoring Agency appointed for JK Tyre's QIP, has confirmed full utilization of Rs. 500 Crores raised in December 2023. The company deployed Rs. 350 Crores towards capital expenditure for manufacturing expansion, Rs. 25 Crores for working capital, and Rs. 116.60 Crores for general corporate purposes. Actual issue expenses of Rs. 8.40 Crores came in lower than the estimated Rs. 8.90 Crores, creating a Rs. 0.50 Crore surplus that was allocated to GCP.
