J.Kumar Infraprojects reported flat revenue at Rs 5,693.89 crore for FY2026 vs Rs 5,693.49 crore in FY2025. Standalone profit after tax declined 1.8% to Rs 383.55 crore from Rs 390.45 crore, while consolidated PAT fell to Rs 386.90 crore from Rs 391.21 crore. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs 4 per share (80% on face value of Rs 5), subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. Cash flow from operations was strong at Rs 1,127.92 crore (consolidated), with cash reserves tripling to Rs 203.18 crore from Rs 67.74 crore. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated financials.
Revenue flatness and slight profit decline may disappoint growth-focused investors, but strong cash generation and the dividend payout signal financial stability. The 80% dividend yield on face value is attractive for income investors.
