JMJ Fintech Ltd has issued a corrigendum to its First and Final Call Money Notice for shareholders holding partly paid-up equity shares (ISIN: IN9242Q01014) from its earlier Rights Issue. The call money amount is Rs. 7.35 per share (Rs. 7.00 towards paid-up value and Rs. 0.35 towards premium). The payment period has been revised to now run from Tuesday, January 13, 2026 to Tuesday, January 27, 2026, postponed from the originally communicated start date of January 7, 2026. The corrigendum has been published in Financial Express, Jansatta, and Makkal Kural newspapers. Trading of the partly paid-up shares on BSE has been suspended since December 19, 2025, and will resume within 7-8 weeks after the call money payment deadline once shares are fully paid up.
Shareholders get a few extra days to pay the call money, but failure to pay by January 27, 2026 will attract 10% annual interest, allow the company to deduct dues from future dividends, and risk forfeiture of their partly paid-up shares. Existing partly paid-up share trading remains suspended.
