Karnataka Bank has released provisional business parameters for FY2026 ending March 31, 2026. CASA (Current and Savings Account) deposits grew 10% year-on-year to ₹36,621 crore, while total deposits rose 3.8% to ₹108,841 crore. The CASA ratio improved significantly by 190 basis points to 33.65% of total deposits, indicating cheaper funding sources. Gross advances grew 6.9% YoY to ₹83,337 crore. Sequential QoQ growth was also strong across all metrics. These figures are provisional pending statutory auditor review.
Positive for shareholders as the bank shows healthy growth in both deposits and advances with an improving CASA ratio, which typically reduces cost of funds. The strong QoQ momentum across all parameters suggests continued business momentum heading into FY27.
