Karnataka Bank has sent out the notice for its 101st Annual General Meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 11:30 AM, to be held via video conferencing. The bank is also sharing its Integrated Annual Report for FY 2024-25, along with enabling e-voting through NSDL from September 19 to September 22, 2025. Key financial highlights from the report include a profit after tax of ₹1,272.37 crore (adjusted PAT of ₹1,467 crore, up 12.3%), EPS of ₹33.69, ROE of 11.10%, and RoA of 1.05%. The Board has proposed a dividend of ₹5 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The bank ended FY25 with 952 branches across 22 states, total deposits of ₹1,04,807 crore (up 6.96%), and GNPA improving by 45 bps to 3.08%.
Shareholders should watch the AGM for approval of the ₹5 dividend and review the FY25 performance, which shows improved profitability and asset quality. The e-voting window (Sept 19–22) is the only chance for remote voting; investors of record as of September 16, 2025 are eligible to vote.
