Key Corp Limited has submitted its unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, as approved by the board on October 16, 2025. The company swung to a net loss of ₹255.02 lakhs in Q2 FY26, compared to a net profit of ₹586.28 lakhs in Q2 FY25. Total income from operations also fell sharply to ₹236.70 lakhs in Q2 FY26 from ₹572.17 lakhs in the year-ago quarter. The results show a sharp deterioration in profitability, with both revenue and earnings turning significantly weaker versus the same quarter last year. Shareholders should view this negatively given the swing from profit to loss and the steep YoY decline in operating income.
