LIC Housing Finance has informed exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on 30 July 2026 at 2:30 p.m. to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) along with the Limited Review Report for Q1 ended 30 June 2026. The trading window for dealing in equity shares is closed from 1 July to 1 August 2026 for directors, connected persons and designated employees, and will reopen on 2 August 2026. The outcome and results will be submitted to BSE and NSE after the meeting.
