LIC Housing Finance has appointed Mr. T.C. Suseel Kumar (DIN 06453310) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a first term of 5 years, effective June 2, 2025. The appointment was made on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and is subject to shareholder approval within three months. Mr. Kumar is a former Managing Director of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), retired in January 2021, with nearly four decades of experience in insurance, finance, marketing, HR, audit and corporate governance. He currently serves as an Independent Director on the boards of Manappuram Finance, Phillips Carbon Black, First Source Solutions and TVS Credit Services.
