LIC Housing Finance has reported its audited standalone and consolidated results for Q4 FY25 and full year ended March 31, 2025, with a resubmitted machine-readable copy filed on NSE/BSE. Standalone Profit After Tax grew about 14% YoY to Rs 5,429 crore in FY25, up from Rs 4,764 crore, while Q4 PAT jumped 25% YoY to Rs 1,368 crore. Total income for the year rose to Rs 28,056 crore from Rs 27,235 crore. Asset quality improved meaningfully with Gross NPA falling to 2.47% (from 3.31%) and Net NPA to 1.22% (from 1.63%). The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 10 per share (500%) on a Rs 2 face value, higher than Rs 9 (450%) declared for the previous year, subject to shareholder approval.
Strong earnings growth, improved asset quality, and a higher dividend payout signal healthy operational performance, which is positive for shareholders. The improved NPA ratios and double-digit profit growth should support investor sentiment, while the higher dividend offers a meaningful return to equity holders.
