Mahindra Logistics has published a notice informing shareholders that shares with unclaimed dividends for 7 or more consecutive years will be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Individual communications have been sent to affected shareholders, and details including folio numbers and share counts are available on the company website. Shareholders have until 19 August 2026 to claim unpaid dividends for FY 2018-19 before the final transfer deadline of 4 September 2026. The company is also participating in the IEPF Authority's 'Saksham Niveshak' campaign running from 1 April to 9 July 2026 to help shareholders update KYC details and claim unpaid dividends.
Routine compliance filing with no direct impact on stock price. Affected shareholders must claim unclaimed dividends before the deadline to avoid their shares being transferred to IEPF, after which claims must be made directly to the IEPF Authority.
