Mahindra Logistics filed its Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report for FY2025-26. Key numbers: turnover Rs 5,671.98 crores, net worth Rs 1,471.23 crores, 4,191 employees, 16 facilities across 6 states, 1,400 EVs in fleet. 80 percent revenue from freight, 20 percent warehousing. Committed to carbon neutrality by 2040 with SBTi targets of 88 percent Scope 1 and 2 and 69 percent Scope 3 reduction by 2033. Reporting on standalone basis with voluntary limited assurance by SGS India. No fines or bribery cases in FY25-26.
