Mahindra Logistics shared its AGM presentation for the 18th AGM held on 21 July 2025. The company reported total revenue of ₹4,744 crores, with segment-wise revenues of ₹381 crores from Last-Mile Delivery (driven by eDel's EV-first model), ₹358 crores from B2B Express (volume recovery in H2), ₹316 crores from Mobility Services (stable), ₹306 crores from Freight Forwarding (20% YoY growth, expanded into UK, UAE, and South-East Asia), and the balance from Contract Logistics (driven by new account wins and improved yields). The company expanded its warehousing capacity to ~21 million sq. ft, opened new fulfilment centres in Eastern India (Kolkata, Guwahati, Agartala), and launched a new long-haul product called Pro-Trucking. The company also highlighted a Rights Issue of ₹749.27 crores at ₹277 per share in a 3:8 entitlement ratio, and unified all its sub-brands (Lords, Whizard, Rivigo, Meru, eDel, Alyte, Pro Trucking) under one Mahindra Logistics brand.
The Rights Issue of ₹749.27 crores will dilute existing shareholders and is the key near-term event for stock price action. Operationally, 20% growth in Freight Forwarding and strong Last-Mile Delivery performance are positive signals, but the B2B Express segment remains in a recovery phase, warranting investor attention to margin trends.
