Mahindra Logistics reported strong recovery with consolidated total income of ₹6,999.30 crore for FY26, up 14.7% from ₹6,104.83 crore in FY25. The company swung from a net loss of ₹35.85 crore in FY25 to a net profit of ₹2.29 crore in FY26. Q4 FY26 standalone income was ₹1,413.95 crore, with net profit after tax of ₹21.38 crore compared to ₹13.12 crore in Q4 FY25. The Board recommended a dividend of ₹2.30 per share (25% on ₹10 face value). The company also allotted 41,712 equity shares upon exercise of RSUs under the Employee RSU Plan 2018.
The company returned to profitability after two consecutive loss-making years, driven by strong revenue growth in logistics operations. Positive Q4 and full-year results with dividend recommendation are positive signals for shareholders.
