Mahindra Logistics reported strong Q4 FY26 results with revenue of ₹1,791 Cr (up 14% YoY) and full-year revenue of ₹6,999 Cr (up 15%). The company returned to profitability with Q4 PAT of ₹20.2 Cr versus a loss of ₹35.8 Cr in Q4 FY25, driven by margin expansion across all segments. Gross margin improved to 10.5% in Q4 from 9.5% a year ago. Contract Logistics remains the largest segment with ₹1,381 Cr revenue and 12% growth, while Express business showed a notable turnaround with 49% revenue growth and improved gross margins. The company significantly reduced its non-current borrowings from ₹410.5 Cr to ₹34.5 Cr year-on-year, indicating stronger financial discipline.
This marks a strong turnaround for Mahindra Logistics with improving profitability and deleveraging. The margin expansion trajectory and Express business recovery signal operational improvements that could be positive for the stock. However, sequential revenue decline from Q3 to Q4 (down 6%) may raise near-term concerns.
