Mahindra Logistics' Board approved the annual audited consolidated and standalone financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026, with statutory auditor Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issuing an unmodified opinion. The company swung to a consolidated profit after tax of Rs. 10.57 crore in FY26 from a loss of Rs. 30 crore in FY25, on total income rising to Rs. 7,016.43 crore from Rs. 6,120.65 crore. Q4 FY26 PAT stood at Rs. 22.36 crore versus a loss of Rs. 5.29 crore in Q4 FY25, with EPS at Rs. 0.25 for the full year. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share (25%), subject to shareholder approval at the 19th AGM scheduled for July 20, 2026, with record date of July 10, 2026. It also approved re-appointment of Mr. Ameet Hariani as Independent Director for a second 5-year term from May 1, 2027, and material related party transactions with promoter Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, both subject to shareholder approval.
Positive: The company returned to profitability in FY26 after a loss in FY25, supported by 14.6% revenue growth and improved operating performance, which is likely to be received well by investors. The 25% dividend and stronger balance sheet (other equity rising to Rs. 1,075.56 crore from Rs. 365.75 crore following a rights issue) provide additional shareholder returns, while proposed related party transactions with M&M remain subject to shareholder vote.
