Mahindra Logistics reported Q1FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs. 1,625 crores, up 14.4% YoY from Rs. 1,420 crores, driven by strong performance in 3PL, Last Mile Delivery, and the Express segments. Consolidated EBITDA improved to Rs. 76 crores from Rs. 66 crores a year ago, but the company posted a wider PAT loss of Rs. 10.80 crores versus Rs. 9.32 crores in Q1FY25, with EPS of Rs. (1.50). On a sequential basis versus Q4FY25, revenue rose modestly from Rs. 1,570 crores but EBITDA dipped slightly to Rs. 76 crores from Rs. 78 crores, and the company slipped back into a loss after a marginal profit last quarter. The Express business crossed Rs. 100 crore in quarterly revenue for the first time, while Freight Forwarding growth was held back by geopolitical and tariff-related headwinds. Standalone revenue grew to Rs. 1,346 crores with PAT of Rs. 6.44 crores, down from Rs. 10.22 crores YoY.
Top-line growth of 14% YoY and the Express business milestone are positives, but the widening consolidated loss and sequential weakness versus Q4FY25 may dampen investor enthusiasm. Persistent losses despite revenue expansion point to ongoing margin pressure that shareholders should watch closely.
