Mahindra Logistics' Board, at its meeting on 23 April 2026, approved the audited consolidated and standalone financial results for Q4 and full-year ended 31 March 2026, with an unmodified (clean) audit opinion from Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP. Consolidated revenue from operations grew to Rs. 6,999.30 Crore in FY26 from Rs. 6,104.83 Crore in FY25, while the company swung back to a profit after tax of Rs. 10.57 Crore (from a loss of Rs. 30.00 Crore in FY25), supported by Rs. 33.16 Crore profit before tax and an exceptional item charge of Rs. 7.36 Crore. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share (25% on face value of Rs. 10), subject to shareholder approval, with the record date set as 10 July 2026. The 19th Annual General Meeting has been fixed for Monday, 20 July 2026. The Board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ameet Hariani as an Independent Director for a second 5-year term from 1 May 2027 to 30 April 2032, and material related party transactions with promoter Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, both subject to shareholder approval.
