Markolines Pavement Technologies reported strong Q1 FY26 results with revenue rising 44% to about Rs. 72 crores, EBITDA up 36% to Rs. 7.51 crores, and profit after tax jumping around 109% to Rs. 3.79 crores. EPS nearly doubled to Rs. 1.72 from Rs. 0.90. The company has an unexecuted order book of Rs. 400 crores, a pipeline of Rs. 600 crores, and recently bagged a Rs. 100 crore order spread over five years. Management guided for 25-30% revenue growth in FY26 but said EBITDA margins will stay roughly at last year's level (~7.5% PAT margin). Current receivables stand at Rs. 132 crores. Corporate actions in motion include migration to BSE main board (completed), NSE listing application, and the merger of Markolines Infra with the company.
Strong headline earnings growth and a healthy order pipeline are positives for the stock, but management's guidance of flat margins despite revenue scaling may limit near-term re-rating. Progress on NSE listing and the Infra merger could act as catalysts and improve trading liquidity.
