MAS Financial Services has allotted 150 crore rupees of secured, rated, listed, redeemable non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis. The issue has 1.5 lakh NCDs of Rs 10,000 face value each, with a 9 percent annual coupon paid monthly and maturity in December 2028 (about 29 months). CARE Ratings gave them AA- with stable outlook. The NCDs are secured by the company's book debts and receivables at 1.10 times cover and will be listed on BSE's Wholesale Debt Market.
