Acuite Ratings has assigned ACUITE AA (Stable) rating to Rs. 250 Cr proposed bank loans and Rs. 200 Cr proposed debentures, while re-affirming ACUITE AA (Stable) on Rs. 6,750 Cr existing bank loans and Rs. 350 Cr non-convertible debentures. The rating agency also withdrew the short-term rating on Rs. 300 Cr commercial paper programme at the company's request. The rating rationale cited sustained AUM growth to Rs. 14,641 Cr for 9MFY26, improved profitability with consolidated PAT at Rs. 375.82 Cr for FY26, and healthy capital adequacy ratio at 22.84%. Asset quality remains stable with standalone gross NPA at 2.60% and net NPA at 1.36%.
