MAS Financial Services Limited has raised ₹360 Crore through Senior Secured, Listed Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) from FMO, the Dutch Entrepreneurial Development Bank. The NCDs have a tenure of five years and are listed on BSE. This is a repeat partnership with FMO, which previously held an equity stake in MAS Financial from 2008 to 2017. The funds will be allocated towards women-owned/led SMEs, youth-owned/led SMEs, and Rural SMEs, aligning with MAS Financial's mission of financial inclusion. The company targets sustainable growth of 20%-25% with this issuance diversifying its investor base for capital market borrowings.
