Moneyboxx Finance, a rural and semi-urban MSME-focused NBFC, filed its Q3 FY26 investor presentation. Total income rose to ₹55 Cr from ₹52 Cr YoY, while PAT improved to ₹0.35 Cr from ₹0.20 Cr. AUM grew 5% YoY to ₹878 Cr (17% excluding ARC transactions), with disbursements of ₹115 Cr in the quarter. Asset quality improved sharply: GNPA fell to 1.43% from 5.60% and NNPA to 0.72% from 2.88%. However, NIM compressed to 13.95% from 16.60% and CRAR moderated to 26.68% from 35.76%. The secured book now comprises 60% of AUM, with a target of ~80% by March 2027.
Shares trade at ₹76 per share for the latest ₹43.3 Cr equity raise (announced Jan'26), with operational turnaround signals improving but profitability still thin. Strong asset quality recovery and secured-lending pivot are positives, while NIM compression, branch consolidation (160 to 156), and lower CRAR are near-term concerns.
