Moneyboxx Finance, an NBFC registered with RBI, reported FY26 revenue of Rs. 23,176.61 lakhs, up 16.5% from Rs. 19,894.47 lakhs in FY25. Profit after tax grew modestly from Rs. 124.90 lakhs to Rs. 134.12 lakhs (~7.4% growth). The company raised Rs. 33.44 crore via preferential allotment of 44 lakh equity shares in March 2026. Additionally, Rs. 28.24 crore in warrant subscription money was forfeited as warrant holders failed to convert within the 18-month period. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the financial statements. The company maintains a debt-equity ratio of 2.24 and Capital to Risk Weighted Assets Ratio (CRAR) of 29.48%, well above regulatory minimums.
The modest PAT growth and low net profit margin of 0.58% may disappoint investors expecting stronger profitability from this small NBFC. However, the clean audit opinion and adequate capital buffers (CRAR 29.48%) provide comfort on financial stability. The Rs. 332 crore in outstanding NCDs are secured with 1.10x asset cover.
