Moneyboxx Finance reported a sharp recovery in collection efficiency across all loan buckets as of March 2025, with the current-bucket collection efficiency rising to 99.3% and overall collection efficiency at 93.3%, up from a low of around 89-90% earlier in FY25. X-bucket slippage ratio hit a historical best of 0.00%, indicating minimal fresh delinquencies. AUM grew 27% YoY to about Rs. 929 crore, with secured loans now forming 45% of the book (vs. 24% a year ago), and FY25 disbursements totalled about Rs. 596 crore. The company raised Rs. 247 crore in debt in Q4 FY25, holds Rs. 135 crore in liquidity, and announced a Rs. 175.8 crore equity raise of which Rs. 91.1 crore has been received. Branch network expanded to 163 from 100, spread across 12 states, with normalization in collections expected in Q1 FY26.
Positive for shareholders — improving asset quality, a successful pivot toward secured lending, strong liquidity, and fresh equity raise support growth and reduce credit risk concerns.
