Muthoot Microfin: Promoter family member Hannah Muthoot joins board

Muthoot Microfin has appointed Ms. Hannah Muthoot as Additional Non-Executive Director effective June 30, 2026. She is the daughter of Mr. Thomas Muthoot and a fourth-generation member of the Muthoot Pappachan Group promoter family. She holds degrees from Northeastern University and the University of Southern California, with 5+ years of group experience. Separately, Mr. John Tyler Day retires by rotation and the vacancy will not be filled. Deloitte and PwC have been appointed as co-sourced internal auditors for FY 2026-27.
