NDA Securities Limited submitted the Scrutinizer's Report and voting results for its 33rd Annual General Meeting held on August 11, 2025, via video conferencing. All five resolutions were passed with overwhelming shareholder support, ranging from 99.64% to 99.99% votes in favour, with only 69 votes against each resolution. The resolutions included adoption of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY ended March 31, 2025, regularization of three directors (Mr. Gaurav Jindal as Managing Director, Mr. Arvind Sharma as Executive Director, and Mr. Ram Gopal Jindal as Non-Executive Director), and approval of the appointment of the Secretarial Auditor. Out of 4,139 shareholders on the cut-off date, 46 attended via VC (1 promoter, 45 public). Voting was conducted entirely through electronic means (remote e-voting and Instapoll).
