NDR Auto Components Limited reported strong FY2026 results with standalone revenue up 15.4% to Rs. 8,225.4 lakhs and profit after tax rising 17.7% to Rs. 5,304.9 lakhs. Consolidated PAT was even higher at Rs. 6,194.5 lakhs, up 16.3% YoY. Basic EPS improved from Rs. 18.95 to Rs. 22.30 (standalone) and Rs. 22.39 to Rs. 26.04 (consolidated). The Board recommended a 40% dividend (Rs. 4 per share) with record date July 20, 2026. The 7th AGM is scheduled for July 27, 2026. Notably, the company approved transferring its Seat Trim business to wholly-owned subsidiary NDR Auto Component South Private Limited and Sunshade business to joint venture NDR Hayashi Automotive India Private Limited, along with Rs. 6 crore investment in the JV via rights issue. Statutory auditors S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP issued an unmodified opinion.
The strong 15-17% profit growth and maiden/normal dividend are positive signals for shareholders. The business transfers to subsidiary and JV indicate organizational restructuring that could improve operational efficiency. However, the significant cash outflow (cash decreased from Rs. 5,080 lakhs to Rs. 1,334 lakhs) due to heavy capex and investments warrants monitoring.
