NDR Auto Components filed corrected cash flow statements for FY ending March 2026, rectifying inadvertent clerical errors. Standalone revenue grew 15.4% to ₹82,254 lakhs with PAT up 17.7% to ₹5,305 lakhs. Consolidated revenue also reached ₹82,254 lakhs with PAT at ₹6,194 lakhs, up 16.3% YoY. However, operating cash flow dropped significantly to ₹3,712 lakhs from ₹8,382 lakhs in FY2025, while capex increased to ₹7,344 lakhs. Cash reserves fell sharply from ₹5,080 lakhs to ₹1,510 lakhs. The auditor issued an Emphasis of Matter regarding an Income Tax Department search case with reduced demand of ₹367 lakhs pending appeal. An exceptional item of ₹64.75 lakhs was recognized due to New Labour Codes implementation.
The company shows steady revenue and profit growth but faces working capital pressure with operating cash flow dropping 56%. The sharp decline in cash reserves and higher capex spending could limit financial flexibility. The unresolved income tax case remains a contingent liability despite partial relief.
